Whether you’re training as a Health Qigong Coach or completing your personal Duan evaluation, the process is designed to help you grow in skill, understanding, and international recognition.

🔍 Step 1: Choose Your Training Path

You can join us Online or In-Person – — whichever suits your schedule best.

✅ 16 Hours Total per Routine (a mix of guided videos and workshops)
✅ Learn at your own pace through detailed video lessons and live coaching sessions
✅ Includes a 2-hour Refinement Workshop and 3-hour Assessment Prep Session

🎯 Step 2: Get Comfortable with Your Routine

Before your evaluation, make sure you’re confident with both the technical form and the musical timing of your routine.

You can also record your routine for self-review or book a livestream training session (R600) for personalised feedback before your official assessment.

🛠 Step 3: Meet the Requirements

To qualify for your International Health Qigong Duan Evaluation or Coach Certification, ensure you’ve:

1. Attended at least one live or livestream workshop per routine (required for those who wish to teach)

2. Completed three Junior Coach Assessments (Chi 1–3), where applicable

3. Completed three full Health Qigong routines before applying for your International Duan evaluation

✅ Step 4: Check Your Eligibility

The International Health Qigong Duan Evaluation assesses:

Your technical proficiency and accuracy of form

Your understanding and contribution to Qigong development and wellness practice

When you’re ready to book your evaluation or certification, simply email us:

Your full name

The routine(s) you’re applying for

Your preferred format (Livestream or In-Person)

📅 Step 6: Confirm Your Session

Once your request is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with:

Your assessment date and timeslot

Your livestream link (if online) or venue details (if in person)

All evaluations are conducted by IHQF and SAHQA-registered assessors to maintain international standards.

🌐 Step 7: Attend, Perform & Progress

On your assessment day:

Join your session at the scheduled time

Perform your routine (live or livestream)

Receive your feedback and result directly from our certified assessors

If successful, you’ll receive your official International Health Qigong Duan Certificate, recognised by the International Health Qigong Federation (IHQF) and South African Health Qigong Association (SAHQA).
